Thats all i have to say about diet!!! HAHA
Now training to become a BODYBUILDER is different! If your reading this because your looking to become a BODYBUILDER, this will not help you. Everything that i write, or post is based upon my past experience, and what helped me get to where i am today. Take in consideration that im still nowhere near what i want to be! My MINDSET is different from everyone else, no matter how much muscle i build, or how lean i get, im never going to be finished. Theres always more muscle to build, and i could always get a leaner body mass. Now with that in mind, Lets begin!!!

BECAUSE ITS THE FIRST THING YOU HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT!!!
If your diet is not on point, and i mean on point!!! you are just planning to fail!
The best expression is if you FAIL TO PLAN, YOUR PLANNING TO FAIL!!!
What this means is, you have to plan out your entire day of meals before the day starts, not just eat as you go. Its funny because when i first started i didnt listen to the whole you gotta diet thing, all i heard was blah blah blah leave me alone. But if i could go back i wouldnt have just listened, i wouldve wrote down every little note possible!
Dieting sucks so much because you have to follow the key principle, CALORIES IN VS. CALORIES OUT. Yeah you could completely go to a deli and order a sandwitch and get the mayo and the lettuce with tomato with extra meat on a full foot long hero... but every amazing meal has its own price. That big Hero is probably going to cost you 1400 calories, ISNT THAT CRAZY!!! i used to order one of those just for lunch almost everyday and wonder why i was just gaining fat and not muscle. I was always wondering why i worked my ass off in the gym and the guys i worked with were always much bigger than me and there workouts were less intense!
- How Many Calories Do You Eat? And How Do You Track Them?
In the beginning its obviously going to be very tuff. Im not going to lie to you, Diet is going to be the hardest part of building muscle, and looking great. I mean if you want a shortcut, by all means exit this blog and go get some juice! But this blog is how to do this natural, and healthy. Now, are you still here? ... Ok good, now lets go over two quick things before i wrap this up...
The amount of calories your going to need, varies on the individual. Everybodys body is different. The first thing you need to do is find a calorie calculator on google type in your age, bodyweight, and make sure you click no activity level! do not say how many times you workout a week, because that doesnt matter. Your going to click either the lowest activity level, or no activity level. Your basically going to input into the calorie calculator that your a couch potato!!! The reason is because thats going to give you the most accurate amount of calories that your body uses. Now if your looking to build muscle, the most effective way with the least body fat possible, your going to eat 300 - 500 calories above what the calculator said.
- FOR EXAMPLE - If the calculator said you burn 1800 calories daily, your going to eat 2100 - 2300 calories daily to gain muscle without fat! some people only need the extra 300, some need the 500, but do not go over 500 a day, or you will be FAT...
- HOW TO TRACK YOUR CALORIES? - Simple if you have a smart phone download myfitness pal! It helps like magic! its free and easy to use!
